Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual for a full-time role in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating projects, and monitoring resources to ensure successful completion. A Diploma in a relevant engineering field, at least 3 years of experience, and skills in MS Office and AutoCad are required. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Must possess great troubleshooting abilities and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and organize daily site activities.

  • Monitor resources on site for sufficiency and performance.
  • Prepare periodic project progress reports for Management.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial), Quantity Survey, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities
  • Supervising and organizing daily site activities.
  • Coordinating with various parties and controlling progress of the project, making sure that the schedule is kept.
  • Monitoring resources on site, like equipment, manpower and sub-contractors, ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.
  • Preparing periodic project progress report to Management.
