Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily operations including Accounts Receivable and Payable, support month-end closings, and prepare disbursement slips. Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and revenue recognition for assigned products or segments.
• Support month‑end closing activities by ensuring timely book closure and reviewing manual journal entries and adjustments.
• Prepare disbursement slips, approve payment workflows, and monitor accruals for related charges.
• Issue manual invoices and debit notes when required, track overdue payments, and liaise with the Risk department on payment queries.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, assist auditors with vouching, and support team coverage and ad‑hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma/LCCI/CAT graduate with accounting experience; experience in the trading industry.

Compensation & Location

• Up to $3600
• Located in promenade
