Job summary
A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to handle various administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in HR or Business Admin, with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry. The firm offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Experience in the Construction industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative duties including recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle work pass applications and related processes.
- Assist with payroll processing.
Skills
Education
- Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
- Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
- Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
- Assist on payroll processing
- Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
- Preferable at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Graduate student are also welcome to apply.
- Preferable 1-2 years of Construction industry background preferred
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and some problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
