Job summary

A leading logistics provider in Singapore is seeking applicants for Warehouse operations, including responsibilities such as inventory verification, organizing stock, and assisting with daily warehouse tasks. Ideal candidates will display grit and a proactive attitude towards executing various warehousing duties, ensuring efficient stock management and operational workflow. Immediate availability to attend daily warehouse briefings and meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform inventory verification and compile stocktaking findings.
• Experience with stocktake tasks planning.

Responsibilities

• Attend Warehouse daily meetings and discussions.
• Perform verification, sorting, and put-away of stores.
• Conduct stock discrepancies verification.

Job Description:

• Attend Warehouse daily, toolbox and safety briefings.
• Attend Warehouse meeting with stakeholders
• Perform receiving of newly purchased and returned stores
• Perform verification, sorting and put-away of stores
• Perform picking and packing of customer indented items
• Perform stocktaking as accordance to the PI documents created
• Perform re-warehousing and housekeeping of work area
• Perform Stocktake tasks planning and Physical Inventory listing.
• Perform physical stock count, inventory verification and compile daily stocktaking findings.
• Assist Warehouse Operations Executive to conduct stock discrepancies verification
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned.
