Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching primary or secondary level students.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans in accordance with the centre’s vision and mission
• Update teaching materials and practice questions for students
• Teach English to primary and secondary level international school students
• Maintain regular communication with parents on academic performance and progress of students
• Moderate safety and hygiene in the classroom

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree from relevant field
• Experience in teaching student in primary or secondary level
• Love teaching and be able to motivate students
• Conduct lessons in an easy-to-understand way
• Confident in handling small class size of up to 6 students at one time
• Familiar with the Singapore education system and exams (AEIS, PSLE, O-Level, A-Level etc.)
• Familiar with the international school education system and exams is a plus
• Able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries from Mandarin speaking parents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with other teachers
• Able to work on weekend is a must
