Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist in measurement and cost estimation for tenders and quotations. Responsibilities include providing administration and documentation for project preparations and coordinating site works among sub-contractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate must be meticulous, able to work independently, and possess a diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibility

• Assist in measurement and cost estimation for tender & quotation
• Provide administration & documentation for project in tender preparation, evaluation of claims & contract administration
• Provide support to site team on VOs, progress claims, etc.
• Coordinate site works amoug sub-contractors and suppliers

Requirements

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Meticulous and conscientious with work
• Knowledgeable in MS Office/Excel ,
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus
• Diploma/ITE in Quantity Surveying/ Building from a recognised institute by BCA
• Fluent in English
• Fresh graduate is Welcome
