• Prepare and maintain accurate production orders and associated documentation for the production floor.
• Assist in developing and issuing daily and weekly production schedules under the direction of the Planner or Planning Manager.
• Compile and generate shipment documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of inbound and outbound shipments to support planning and audit requirements.
• Accurately input and manage planning, production, and shipment data using Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Monitor and follow up on approvals, signatures, and any pending documentation to prevent delays.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing office supply inventory.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
