Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Singapore government approval procedures (URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA, Town Council, MCST, etc.).
• Manage the full project cycle from commencement to completion: progress, quality, safety, budget and site coordination.
• Liaise with clients, designers, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit all required approval documents such as A&A submissions, FSSD, Permit to Work, Risk Assessment, Insurance, etc.
• Monitor site works, resolve technical issues, and handle on‑site coordination matters.
• Control project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
• Prepare project progress reports for management and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of local experience in Singapore’s construction/renovation industry.
• Familiar with Singapore authority submission processes with hands‑on experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects independently.
• Team management experience is a plus.
• Have TC experience and qualification is a plus.
