This is an ideal role for someone passionate about storytelling, building relationships, and driving customer‑centric marketing in a high‑growth environment.

  • Advocacy Programs: Help manage regional customer reference requests, including maintaining tracking systems and ensuring timely responses.
  • Event Support: Assist with customer participation in APJ events (speaking opportunities, panels, activations) and coordinate logistics.
  • Social & Digital Amplification: Draft posts, monitor customer engagement on social media, and help extend stories across multiple channels.
  • Operations & Reporting: Maintain customer story databases, track program metrics, and support quarterly reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing to ensure alignment and visibility of customer activities in APJ.
  • Source and develop APJ customer stories by partnering closely with regional account teams and customers to identify wins, use cases, and advocates.
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years in customer marketing or reference‑related role
  • A passion for building strong relationships with internal partners and customer advocates.
  • A focus on bringing customer stories to life across digital properties.
  • Success in high growth SaaS environments where priorities shift quickly.
  • Experience building and managing customer reference programs that include pipeline planning, strategy, and reporting.
  • Strength in managing and prioritizing projects across multiple teams while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
