Charterhouse Partnership Singapore is recruiting a Head of Compliance for a Digital Asset Mining firm. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the global compliance function.

• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and protocols to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise senior leadership and business units on regulatory matters.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of compliance initiatives, including training and awareness programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Stay informed about emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead and participate in compliance projects and conduct training sessions as needed.

• Degree educated with at least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in fintech or semiconductor industries.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks; familiarity with US Nasdaq listing standards is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
