A leading analytics firm in Singapore seeks a Digital Product Operations, Marketing & Support specialist to provide front-line technical support for digital products and interact with customers primarily in Mandarin. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role involves data analysis and may require weekend support, offering an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment.
Provide front-line technical, Marketing and operational support for digital products, diagnosing and resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers or product managers.
Extract, analyze, and interpret product usage data to identify trends, user behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.
Interact directly with customers and stakeholders in Mainland China and Southeast Asia (primarily in Mandarin) to gather feedback, provide technical assistance, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth product adoption.
Assist in identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on operational data, user feedback, and market analysis. Support the implementation and testing of new features.
Create and maintain clear documentation for product features, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
