Job description
Digital Product Operations, Marketing & Support

Provide front-line technical, Marketing and operational support for digital products, diagnosing and resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers or product managers.

Data Analysis & Insights

Extract, analyze, and interpret product usage data to identify trends, user behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.

Customer Interaction

Interact directly with customers and stakeholders in Mainland China and Southeast Asia (primarily in Mandarin) to gather feedback, provide technical assistance, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth product adoption.

Product Enhancement Support

Assist in identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on operational data, user feedback, and market analysis. Support the implementation and testing of new features.

Documentation

Create and maintain clear documentation for product features, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • 6 Months-3 years of experience in a product support, operations, data analyst, or junior product / Digital Marketing role, ideally within a digital product environment with Fintech companies.
  • Work in tandem with senior product engineers and product managers and assist them on any ad hoc tasks assigned.
  • Willingness to travel and to support team on any weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required due to extensive interaction with Mainland China and Southeast Asia customers.
  • Solid understanding on data analysis.
  • Basic understanding of digital product development cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
  • Prior experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is a plus.
