Job Description
· Develop and design the financial product, ensuring it meets the needs of the gaming community, including the benefit scheme as well as establishing the strategic partnerships
· Research industry trends and align product strategies with gaming market demands
· Coordinate with technical, operations and marketing teams to drive product execution
· Conduct in-depth research on gaming users’ spending habits to refine product offerings
· Analyse industry trends and competitive products to identify unique advantages
· Use data analytics to optimize user conversion and retention rates
· Perform financial modelling to assess product revenue, costs, and profitability.
· Research collaboration models and financial institutions to determine the best partnership structures.
· Develop pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure long-term product viability.
· Design and execute product launch plans, including marketing, distribution channels, and user acquisition strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing and community teams to integrate the product into gaming ecosysystems
· Gather user feedback post-launch and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ of experience in product management, preferably in gaming or fintech
· Strong understanding of gaming markets, user behaviour and financial services
· Experience in financial modeling and revenue forecasting, particularly in card or payment-related products.
· Proficiency in data analysis to drive product optimization and business strategy
