Founded in 2009, Unlimit operates across 17 global offices with 700+ experts, seamlessly integrating 1,000+ payment methods into a single platform.

From London to São Paulo, we empower businesses to scale across borders with a unified suite of financial tools — including payment processing, alternative payment methods, multicurrency business accounts, card issuing, banking‑as‑a‑service, and crypto on‑and off‑ramps.

Our mission is to break down financial barriers and enable seamless money movement across borders. We give forward‑thinking businesses the tools to accept, send, and manage payments effortlessly, wherever they operate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic financial partnerships with banks, payment schemes, alternative payment methods, and other financial institutions across APAC to enhance Unlimit’s product suite and regional capabilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle including opportunity scoping, partner evaluation, due diligence, contract negotiation, onboarding, and long‑term relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Risk) to translate partnership requirements into executable actions and ensure successful implementation
  • Act as a strategic intermediary between external financial partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on commercial goals, product timelines, technical integrations, and regulatory expectations
  • Lead operationalization efforts by establishing scalable processes, identifying gaps, and ensuring partners meet service‑level requirements, compliance standards, and operational readiness
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on market dynamics, partnership trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within APAC
  • Develop business cases and executive presentations to justify partnership investments, deal structures, and market expansion strategies
  • Continuously monitor partner performance, renegotiating terms or escalating issues where necessary to ensure optimal commercial outcomes
Requirements
  • Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial services, with demonstrable experience managing complex partnerships with banks, schemes, payment processors, or other financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, cross‑border payment flows, and financial infrastructure
  • Skilled negotiator with proven ability to lead commercial discussions, manage high‑stakes relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multi‑track initiatives, tight deadlines, and cross‑functional complexity
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modelling, deal analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory interpretation
  • Resourceful and proactive, with a solutions‑oriented mindset and the ability to drive progress independently in ambiguous environments
