A financial services company based in Singapore is looking for an accounts specialist to manage the full spectrum of accounting processes. Responsibilities include payroll preparation, financial statement management, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and experience in the accounting field. This role offers opportunities for administrative support and involvement in corporate procedures enhancement. Candidates should be proactive and detail-oriented to contribute to the company's financial integrity.
To handle, maintain full spectrum of Accounts and process including statutory requirement.
Prepare monthly Payroll and IR8A, etc.
Provide administration support, procurement, office maintenance, budgetary control, fixed asset management, company vehicles, etc.
Assist and ensure timely accurate month, quarterly and financial year closing.
Prepare and maintain accounting journals, audits schedules and reconciliations, financial statements and management reports, annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss, etc.
Prepare, analyses and communicate Project Costing, Actuals vs Budget variance, etc.
Preparation and submission of GST, Corporate Tax Returns, Withholding Tax and Tax Computation, etc.
Respond to inquiry, survey, liaison with auditors, bankers, tax agents and various governmental departments.
Address and resolve issues related to accounting, taxation,
Provide management with oral and written reports on problems, interests, market situation and updated rules and regulations from relevant authorities, etc.
Assist the Director in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the organisation.
Data entry and checking, matching, verifying and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims, etc.
Manage and ensure timeliness of payment process.
Hands‑on person with an eye for details.
Any ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
