Roles & Responsibilities

Crossinvest (Asia) is an award-winning Wealth & Asset Manager in Singapore, with 40 years of Swiss heritage and 20 years in Singapore (https://crossinvest.sg/); and we are looking to hire a full‑time Client Accounts / Middle Office Manager to our Singapore office, to work with the Client Relationship Managers in account administrations / operational support for HNW / UHNW international clients.

  • Assist and support Senior Client Relationship Managers to manage high‑net‑worth international client relationships
  • Be the primary contact for client‑related administrative tasks and duties including trade order placing, FX, loan rollovers, bank documentation, etc
  • Liaise with Private Banks on behalf of the clients as well as on behalf of the Senior Client Relationship Managers
  • Attend to all client‑related queries, transactions and services
  • Perform regular bank / account data reconciliations, portfolio rebalancing, placing, monitoring and managing investment orders
  • Support Client Relationship Manager in calendar management of client appointments
  • Support the COO and Accountants in managing supplier billings / invoice payments, and performing basic book‑keeping tasks (billing and invoices), quarterly GST report reviewing and liaising with the relevant external partners in order to prepare documents for AGMs, audits, and other financial and statutory reporting requirements
  • Manage client account management fee computation & debiting, cash management, and client account data reconciliations
  • Review agreements and contracts between the Company and third‑parties, including assisting to arrange, execute, renew and monitor the Company’s suppliers’ and business partner service agreements
  • Facilitate with Bank Account Opening for clients working with the Relationship Managers
  • Support the Operations Team and Investment Team in client account & portfolio management, serving also as staff coverage
  • Perform client due‑diligence, KYC, account opening documentation, and coordinate other client‑ and business partner‑ onboarding documentation
  • Oversee AML reporting including transaction monitoring of client accounts
  • Monitor MAS guidelines and update the Company on compliance related matters
  • Support the COO in corporate administration matters, regulatory reporting, surveys, and other Company administrative tasks
  • Assist Senior Management in preparing internal compliance training, ongoing KYC & AML monitoring & documenting of policies
  • Assist Senior Management on compliance assessments during Annual Audits
  • Oversee select BCM / BCP categories as per Company’s BCM (Business Continuity Management) policies, including responsibilities involving IT, Cyber, TRM (Technology Risk Management)
  • Support and handle selective HR administration matters; updating leave records, onboarding & off‑boarding employees
  • Handling of phone calls; handling and sorting of all office mails, with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
  • Office administration & management (e.g. filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies), as well as office site management
  • Responsible for arranging the transportational needs of the Company
  • Handling of other ad‑hoc projects which may be assigned from time to time
  • To ensure, to the extent that the position is permitting it, that the Company keeps undisputed reputation and image toward its clients, business partners, the Authorities and the public in general
  • To receive clients and guests, and to ensure that confidentiality is guaranteed all the time
  • To ensure that operations are handled always efficiently and to the highest satisfaction of the Company’s clients, business partners and owners
  • To carry out courses and / or examinations as might be requested by the Company in order to gain know‑how and qualification in any required sphere of activity
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the private banking / wealth management or asset management space
  • Including at least 2–3 years experience in corporate admin, accounting, compliance or tax / audit
  • Familiar with MAS regulations for this sector (previous / current RNF license holder)
  • Basic understanding & experience across multiple asset classes
  • Proficient in Excel; skilled in Microsoft office apps
  • High quality service‑oriented mind‑set with an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English primarily; additional languages preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as be a strong team player
  • Quick learner in new portfolio management & trading systems
  • Industry qualifications preferred: e.g. CACS Paper 1 & 2; CMFAS Module 3; CFA L1 etc (but not essential)
