Job Description

We’re looking for a temporary staff to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) work. (with possible convertible to permanent if performance and fit are good) The role involves stationing in our clinic, reaching out to patients with outstanding bills, understanding their situations, and guiding them towards suitable payment or financial assistance options.

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with patients on their outstanding bills in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work with Medical Social Workers (MSW) to refer patients who may need financial help.
  • Track follow-ups, maintain simple records, and update status in the system.
  • Coordinate with front counter staff and 1FSS colleagues where necessary.
  • Support any other AR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and patience in handling sensitive conversations.
  • Comfortable speaking with patients in person.
  • Able to work independently and follow up diligently.
  • Experience in AR, customer service, or healthcare setting is an advantage.
Educational and Professional Requirements
  • Diploma holder with knowledge about account receivables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
