Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire invoicing process and generate/send client invoices on time.
• Maintain accurate client records, invoices, and ARs.
• Track cash flow and maintain client relationships.
• Engage with customers to address invoicing issues.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payment collections.
• Support monthly reconciliation of AR-related accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes.
