  • Ensure completeness of functional requirements as a liaison.
  • Review UAT test cases and ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
  • Support budget exercises with requirement insights.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital channels and cash management initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure requirements are well-defined, validated, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements for digital channels and cash management projects.
  • Facilitate discussions with business teams to validate Epics and break them down into detailed user stories.
  • Ensure clarity and completeness of functional requirements and act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Review and provide feedback on UAT test cases prepared by business teams; assist in ensuring test coverage aligns with requirements.
  • Participate in roadmap planning sessions and support budgeting exercises with requirement insights.
Requirements
  • Strong background in at least one of the following: Digital Channels, Cash Management, Payments, Corporate Liquidity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage but not mandatory.
