Job summary

A contracting firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a 2-Year Contract role. The position involves reviewing and processing applications, maintaining records, and communicating with applicants. Candidates with a finance or accounting background, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office will be preferred. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, offering a dynamic work environment with various responsibilities.

Contract Duration: 2-Year Contract
Work Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Review, verify, and process applications in accordance with established guidelines and SOPs
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the system/database
  • Communicate with applicants to clarify information and request supporting documents where required
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support approval workflows
  • Track application statuses, follow up on pending submissions, and ensure timely processing
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for management review
  • Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and preparation of letters/emails
  • Handle enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in outreach or engagement activities when necessary
Requirements
  • Preferably holds a finance or accounting background
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry
  • Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
