About the role

The Curtain Boutique is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive or Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team in our Ubi office. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day financial accounting and reporting duties, playing a key role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our growing business.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Providing support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records
• Assisting with ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis as required

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets and financial reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards in Singapore
• Good knowledge of Xero Accounting & Corporate Taxation is an added advantage
