A local banking firm in Singapore is seeking a Cash Management Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and support business initiatives. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in banking operations, a bachelor's degree in finance or business, and strong communication skills. The candidate should be proficient in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing cash management products and collaborating with various teams to improve operational workflows.

Manage daily operational activities for the Cash Management business, including back-office onboarding and processing of cash management products.
Support business initiatives by assisting in requirements documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system implementation activities.
Work closely with the Department Head and relevant stakeholders to enhance Cash Management systems and corporate internet banking functionalities.
Compile, analyse, and maintain data metrics for Cash Management operations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Front Office, Fintech, Compliance, and Finance to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Handle SWIFT-related operational tasks, including reviewing message formats, processing remittances, and supporting settlement activities.
Perform any other operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Operation Head or management team.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Cash Management or banking back-office operations.
Good understanding of corporate internet banking services and operational processes.
Knowledge of SWIFT messages, remittances, settlement principles, and associated operational risks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Experience in project coordination or involvement in system enhancement initiatives will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
