We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can use data to suggest ways that our client, an Investment and Facility Management business, can operate more efficiently. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will play a key role in our client’s financial transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Using data modeling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.
- Communicate with senior people in organizations to uncover and align on goals and objectives.
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions.
- Explore how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data.
- Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts.
- Propose solutions to clients’ management and keep them updated on progress.
- Create documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
- Contribute to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
