Project Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in evaluation of new equipment

Develop and utilize a Project Management System which allows Facilities and Project manager to accept project requests, Work order requests, maintenance requests, from Homeplace staff

Coordinate and fulfill requests by scheduling staff, vendors, and placing work orders

Project Management Provide overall project management on capital projects

Manage project installation/construction, start-up, commissioning, and the effective transfer of technology and training to personnel

Ensures safety and compliance standards are adhered to on all jobs

Operating Facilities and Properties Be responsible for the efficient, functional, and safe day to day operation of all components of the Jack Daniel Homeplace through property and building management practices

Utilize preventative maintenance practices

Schedule cleaning and daily maintenance for the Visitor Center Manage landscaping and design of property grounds

Maintain Project and Facilities inventory Schedule and supervise daily activity for employees each week

Responsibilities for project supervisor

Identify staff capacity issues, flag peak periods and conflicts, mitigate resource issues overflow

Lead weekly resource stand-ups (creative, editorial) to review workload and resource assignments

Partner with project managers and discipline leads to manage project timing, priorities, workload

Introduce tools/processes/ways-of-working that improve overall work quality and efficiency

Serve as escalation point-of-contact to troubleshoot if any concerns arise

Responsible for being part of a diverse, productive and high-performing team, and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation

Subcontract quality management

Managing assigned technical work force and customer satisfaction

Lead Kick Off Meetings/construction meetings and help coordinate site meetings as required with clients, contractors
