Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to provide operational support in facilities management and biomedical equipment. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include overseeing service providers, managing facilities to ensure operational readiness, and optimizing equipment efficiency. Fire Safety certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and biomedical equipment.
• Fire Safety Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor FM/BME work plans and KPIs.
• Ensure 24/7 operational readiness of facilities.
• Manage the lifecycle of biomedical assets.
