Job summary
A finance and accounting services firm in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Assistant to handle partial set of accounts and ensure timely execution of AP & AR activities. The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma in finance/accountancy and have experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. This position offers an entry-level opportunity in a supportive environment.

- Responsible for partial set of accounts.
- Ensure AP & AR activities are performed correctly and timely.
- Process billing and sales orders to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper filing.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): QuickBooks, , Microsoft Office, MYOB
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
