Role Descriptions
- Brainstorm and Conceptualize ideas & concepts for proposal
- Working closely with the Event Producer to execute events
- Opportunity to pitch and present event proposal to client
- Showcall & Programme management during event day
- Overseeing and Liaising with various stakeholders involved in the event
- Provide on-site support for events and any other adhoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder and Fresh Entry Level is welcomed!
- Passion for events and is able to work long hours if required (don't worry, you will be compensated accordingly)
- Effective Oral and Written Communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
- Proficient in Google Document, Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
- Keen attention to small/fine details
