Job description

Working arrangement

• Current office is Gul circle; new office in Tagore lane will be ready by CNY 2026
• WFH up to 4 days per week for Gul Circle location
• WFH up to 3 days per week for Tagore location
• 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break

JOB SCOPE

• Assist Head of Finance (HOF) to maintain accurate and complete accounting records for assigned entities, to maintain fixed assets listing, and to close the accounts on time
• Assist HOF to prepare and file regulatory returns for assigned entities in a timely and accurate manner
• Assists HOF to prepare audit schedules and assists in other audit related matters, as required
• Assists HOF in Finance projects as assigned and in Finance operations matters like maintaining cashbook and processing payments
• Undertake any other finance duties as may be assigned

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accountancy or Degree with 2-3 years of financial accounting, finance operations
