The Role:

• Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems.
• Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.
• Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or its equivalent.
• Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well.
• Has 1 to 3 years minimum work experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix system implementation, project management and O&S.
• Has good communication and writing skills.
• Has experience in performing project management, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
• Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.
• Has experience in any of the following:

• Redhat
• Citrix Virtual Desktop
• BeyondTrust PIM/PAM
• RSA Security Appliance
• Splunk
• SolarWinds
• Tenable VMS
• Veeam Backup
• Ansible Automation Platform
• Tenable VMS
