Morimatsu can provide turnkey solution to client starting from Engineering, Design, Purchasing, Construction to GMP Compliance and Validation for pharmaceutical industry.

Role Responsibilities

• Overall site management for pipe construction of Singapore project.


• According to the overall schedule, prepare a professional pipe construction plan and track the implementation of the plan.


• Familiarity with Singapore pipe construction codes. Familiar with government requirements of work start or acceptance, PUB, MOM, SCDF.


• Technical problems encountered during the construction process, confirm with the designer, and find solutions. Use Navisworks to check the details.


• Track the progress of material procurement until it arrives in Singapore, and track the resolution of problems with unordered materials.


• For pipe materials from China to Singapore in batches, tracking till unloaded at site, familiarizing yourself with the storage location of different materials, can help the construction team find materials in time.


• Check the quality of pipe construction on site to ensure compliance with requirements. Construct according to the drawing.


• Prepare construction technical documents, on-site pipe construction bidding documents, MS RA, pressure test scheme, pickling passivation scheme, purge scheme.


• Deal with various emergencies in a timely manner.


• Familiar with pipe insulation and able to guide the team to construct.


• Cooperate well with other majors and cooperate with each other to ensure that the construction logic is correct and there is no rework.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, relate to mechanical engineering, etc.


• With at least 7 years of experience in pipe construction site management, at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry, project execution experience in Singapore preferred.


• Familiar with pipe knowledge, be responsible for your work.


• Nice to have BPE sanitary piping experience.


• Well thinking and thoughtfully decision-making sense.


• Familiar with CAD and other Microsoft software.


• Language: Excellent English & Mandarin communication skill
