Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on progress of works to clients and consultants.
• Attend site, progress, variation, coordination, and QA/QC meetings.
• Conduct audits and ensure quality standards for all works.
• Assist in verification of reports and claims from contractors across civil, structural, geotechnical, architectural, and M&E works.
• Facilitate supervision team in resolving contractor queries and coordinating works on site.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to obtain approvals for commencement of works.
• Assist client in verification of contractor submissions.
• Report site issues, discrepancies, and irregularities to clients and consultants.
• Maintain awareness of operational and safety procedures, manuals, and circulars.
• Prepare presentation materials for clients, authorities, and interface parties.
• Draft minutes of meetings and verify contractors’ minutes for accuracy.
• Undertake administrative tasks related to projects as instructed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in civil, structural, and geotechnical works.
• Strong technical knowledge, ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
