Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Engineer in Supply Chain to manage inventory records, configure surveillance devices, and support warehouse operations. Job description
Assistant Engineer (Supply Chain)

Salary: $2500 - $2800

Working Days: Mon – Fri

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Working Location: Tai Seng

Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly stock take and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Configure surveillance devices, perform firmware updates, and maintain update logs.
  • Monitor and manage stock locations within the warehouse.
  • Record serial numbers for all incoming shipments.
  • Prepare, document, and issue out equipment for deployment.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to support project and operational needs.
  • Conduct basic faulty item testing and troubleshooting.
  • Package and prepare items for delivery to clients/projects.
  • Receive, inspect, and check incoming shipments against delivery orders.
  • Manage and update the Auto Count System (inventory software).
  • Support general documentation and reporting tasks for supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Training Provided
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Basic technical knowledge in electronics, IT systems, or surveillance devices (advantage).
  • Able to work in a store/warehouse environment.
