Job summary

A construction and maintenance company based in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Project Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the preventive maintenance or construction industry. About the Company

Set up as a company doing conservation and building maintenance in 2002, Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. Aegis is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow our business. We are now moving beyond our comfort zone of B2B into B2C market and provide services to residential homes. Responsibilities
  • Develop, establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing a new customer base to achieve sales targets.
  • Regular Sales activities such as Customer Management and tendering.
  • Review project specifications and preparations of quotations, costings, and regular sales reports.
  • Analysis, develops and makes plans for engaging the target market
  • Provide direction and support to sub-contractors and project team.
  • Constantly monitor the project progress, prepare and submit monthly sales forecast to Management.
  • Attend regular site co-ordination / technical meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings.
Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)
  • Diploma in Project Management /Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar role preferably in preventive maintenance and/or construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
