Job summary
A reputable education organisation in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Centre operations in Early Childhood Education. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 4 to 5 years of leadership experience. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering a culture of care within the Centre. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential for success. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of leadership experience preferably with bigger capacity.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

- Leads in developing strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism and continuous learning within the Centre
- Responsible for managing and enhancing Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations
- Drives operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in strategic areas such as governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum and pedagogy
- Develops frameworks for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, possesses strong communication skills and is highly influential
- Leads in modelling the Centre’s mission, vision and values, and oversees the well‑being of all staff in the Centre
- Manage manpower resources and centre operations
- Degree in Early Childhood Education & Diploma in Pre‑school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE‑L/T) or equivalent recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of leadership experience preferably with bigger capacity
- Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills
- Islandwide location available with various organisations!
