The Role
We are seeking a Programme Executive who is driven by effecting positive change for the community. In this role, you will support the implementation of our community intervention initiatives, focusing on empowering families and individuals through structured support programmes, education, and resource accessibility.
You willbe responsible forthe end-to-end coordination of assigned programmes – from beneficiary intake and workshop facilitation to community outreach and impact reporting. This roleissuited for an individual who is passionate about social impact and enjoys both on-the-ground engagement and back-end programme administration.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Planning and Implementation
- Plan, coordinate, and execute programme activities, workshops, and engagement sessions to ensureobjectivesare met;
- Manage programmelogistics,including venue coordination, materials preparation, and inventory management for activities; and
- Assistin the curation and delivery of educational content tailored to beneficiary needs.
Beneficiary and Case Management
- Oversee beneficiary recruitment, intake, and assessment processes, ensuring eligibility aligns with programme criteria;
- Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled families or individuals, providing guidance and connecting them to relevant social or health resources; and
- Conduct regular check-ins andmonitoringto track beneficiary progress and ensure sustained engagement with the programme.
Community Outreach and Partnerships
- Execute community outreach strategies to raise awareness, recruit participants, and foster partnerships with community stakeholders;
- Support the recruitment, training, and deployment of community ambassadors or volunteers toassistwith programme delivery and advocacy; and
- Collaborate with external partners, such as community networks or healthcare providers.
Administration, Reporting and Data
- Manage data collection and administration, ensuringaccuraterecords of attendance, feedback, and programme outcomes;
- Collate data to prepare regular progress reports andimpactassessments for management review; and
- Provide administrative support for the department asrequired.
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in programme coordination, administrative support, or community engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines,logistics, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools for data tracking and reporting.
- Good command of written and spoken English.Proficiencyin a second local language isadvantageousfor effective ground engagement.
- Willingness to take on diverse tasks and adapt to changing programme needs.
Highly Desirable
- Prior experience in the non-profit, charity, or social service sector.
- A collaborative spirit with a passion for serving the community.
- Experience in event management or facilitation.
