Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to lead the implementation of eBao solutions. The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in eBaoTech solutions and a strong grasp of insurance workflows. You will guide offshore teams and ensure client alignment and quality. eBao InsureMO certification is required, along with proficiency in API integration and cloud environments. This role involves significant client interaction and hands-on configuration responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience implementing eBaoTech solutions.
- Strong understanding of Life/General/Health insurance workflows.
- Ability to lead end-to-end eBao implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of eBao Gemini/InsureMO modules.
- Review and validate functional and technical deliverables.
- Manage daily interactions with clients and vendors.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of eBao Gemini / InsureMO modules (Policy Admin, Claims, Product Engine, API Integration).
- Review and validate all functional and technical deliverables from the offshore team before client submission.
- Participate in design and configuration workshops; guide the offshore team in applying best practices from prior eBao projects.
- Manage daily interaction with clients business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and quality
- Be hands-on with product configuration, workflows, and rule setup in eBao (Gemini/InsureMO).
- Understand how to manage customer configurations, environments, and test data.
- Build reusable configuration templates, documentation, and checklists to accelerate the next
- 6 years implementing eBaoTech solutions (Gemini / InsureMO /Policy Admin / Claims / Billing). Experience in both configuration and integration.
- Strong understanding of Life / General / Health insurance workflows: policy, claims, endorsements, billing.
- Familiar with eBao configuration console, APIs, JSON mapping, middleware/integration (InsureMO), SQL, and cloud environments.
- 4 years of Experience leading at least 23 end-to-end eBao implementations (insurer or partner side).
- Strong stakeholder management, mentoring capability, and ability to handle ambiguity in early-stage COE setup.
- eBao InsureMO Certified Implementation Professional, Agile/Scrum Master, ISTQB (for QA background).
