Job Responsibilities

Data Monitoring & Analysis

• Design and implement financial and business data monitoring systems to track key metrics, identify anomalies, and provide alerts;
• Optimize financial management through data analysis, improving data quality and decision-making efficiency.

Managing Cash Flow and Settlement Optimization

• Monitor revenue, expenses, and reconciliation processes to ensure efficient cash flow management.
• Participate in platform clearing process optimization to reduce cumbersome financial and operational reconciliation tasks.
• Help optimize the calculation of user deposits, withdrawals, commissions, and trading fees to improve operational efficiency.

Financial Automation & Process Optimization

• Drive optimization of data analysis tools and financial systems to enhance automation and improve data processing efficiency;
• Contribute to data pipeline development, ensuring financial data accuracy and timeliness while reducing manual efforts and errors.

Business Support & Risk Assessment

• Act as a financial data partner, assisting business teams in analyzing operational performance and providing actionable financial insights;
• Identify and evaluate financial data risks to support strategic business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or data analysis certifications (SQL, Python, Tableau) are preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in financial data analysis, financial planning, or auditing.
• Big Four experience is preferred;
• Experience in the internet, blockchain, or fintech industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other data analysis tools;
• Strong financial data analysis, budgeting, and financial planning capabilities;
• Familiarity with financial systems and experience in financial automation and process optimization;
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively supporting business teams and management decisions.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making;
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to improve financial processes and data systems;
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
