Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for power ICs, aligning with market needs
- Prioritise features and specs based on customer feedback, technical feasibility and profitability
- Collaborate with Engineers to translate market requirements into technical specifications
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure production timelines and inventory levels meet demand forecasts
- Support sales/marketing with technical collateral (whitepapers, application notes)
- Execute a Go-To-Market strategy
Requirements
- Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- At least 5 years in semiconductor product management (power electronics preferred)
- Proven track record of launching IC products
- Strategic Vision - ability to balance technical constraints with market opportunities
- Technical acumen deep understanding of power semiconductors and application and comfortable interpreting datasheets, test reports and industry
