SJ Digital Media Solutions is hiring a Project Account Manager who is both client-facing and execution-driven. NO SALES TARGET REQUIRED, but requires strong ownership of projects, hands‑on creative execution, and close coordination with clients and overseas teams. The ideal candidate has a solid background in marketing, advertising, design, and video production, and is comfortable working in an extremely fast‑paced agency environment.

• Manage SJ projects end-to-end, from briefing to final delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly aligned
• Track project schedules closely and ensure all milestones are met
• Coordinate internal resources and manage multiple projects concurrently

• Participate directly in project execution, including:
  • Photoshoots and video shoots
  • Video editing, basic motion graphics, and ad creatives
  • Social media, digital ads, and campaign assets
  • Support on‑set coordination during shoots and manage creative logistics
  • Assist in editing, refining, and preparing final deliverables for client approval

• Brief overseas designers, video editors, and creative teams clearly and accurately
• Review and quality‑check work from overseas teams before client submission
• Ensure timelines, creative direction, and brand consistency are maintained

• Apply marketing and advertising principles when reviewing creative outputs
• Ensure all deliverable align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and platform requirements
• Provide constructive feedback to improve creative quality and performance

• Strong background in marketing and advertising agencies
• Hands‑on experience in design, video shooting, editing, and creative production
• Familiarity with digital ads, social media content, and marketing campaigns
• Highly organised, timeline‑driven, and able to perform under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in an extremely fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills for client and team coordination
• Responsible, proactive, and execution‑focused
