1. Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in gathering business requirements, reviewing solutions/functionalities, and ensuring end-to-end system & process delivery and testing.
2. Implement and support digital customer journeys to enhance customer and employee experience in the bank.
3. Collaborate with regional and country teams to design, re-engineer processes, and implement operational solutions.
4. Ensure smooth operational rollout.

1. Re-engineer end-to-end processes, analyze, and review operational solutions.
2. Implement automation initiatives to transform consumer banking operations.
3. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document requirement artifacts.
4. Review functional specifications and process definition documents.
5. Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and test cases are executed within schedule.
6. Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them to closure.
7. Work closely with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• At least 3 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives, preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, including:
• Consumer Banking Operations
• Customer Centre
• Wealth / Loan / CASA product knowledge
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of banking and technology
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, disciplined, and focused
• Organized and systematic
• Proven analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
