What you'll do for us

1. End-to-End Solution Design: Design, configure, implement, and test o9 solutions. Communicate with stakeholders effectively.
2. Process and Business Requirements: Conduct sessions with clients, document processes, and gather data from various sources like databases, Excel, emails, etc.
3. Solution Configuration: Collaborate with architects to develop technical designs, document data needs, and configure the o9 platform to address supply chain challenges.
4. Data Analytics: Use statistical, predictive, and optimization models to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and create visualizations.
5. Testing: Work with R&D teams to resolve issues, develop and execute test cases, and automate testing processes.
6. Communication: Coordinate with clients and internal teams, deliver training, and mentor junior analysts.

What you'll have

• Masters Degree with 1 year or Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning solutions or logistics.
• Experience leading or assisting in full lifecycle supply chain solution implementations.
• Proficiency in statistical, optimization, and simulation tools (e.g., R, SAS, CPLEX).
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL Server, MySQL, and programming languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL.
• Strong analytical skills, data handling, and ability to derive key insights.
