Job Scope:

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review, and ensure end-to-end system & process delivery and testing.
2. Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience in the bank.
3. Collaborate with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer processes, and implement operational solutions.
4. Ensure smooth operational rollout.

Additional Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Re-engineer end-to-end processes, analyze, and review operational solutions.
2. Implement automation initiatives to transform consumer banking operations.
3. Conduct requirement gathering workshops, review, and document requirement artifacts.
4. Review functional specifications and process definition documents.
5. Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and test cases are executed within schedule.
6. Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them to closure.
7. Work closely with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Skillsets (Good to have)

At least 3 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives, preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry in areas such as:

• Consumer Banking Operations
• Customer Centre
• Wealth / Loan / CASA product knowledge

Education: Bachelor / Diploma Degree holder.
