STAFF NURSE
Job summary
A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in clinic operations. This role involves providing nursing support, managing customer service tasks, and liaising with various stakeholders. Qualifications

- Knowledge of insurance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations.
- Provide nursing support.
- Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
- Handle customer service tasks including appointment booking.
- Manage insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee matters.
- Liaise with customers and vendors.
- Assist in license renewal.
- Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
- Provide nursing support.
- Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
- Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
- Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
- Other duties assigned by the Medical Director as required.
