Job summary

A leading Environmental Services provider in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high service standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of operational experience, a strong customer service background, and the ability to lead teams effectively. The role involves coordination, compliance with safety guidelines, budget planning, and ensuring optimal cleaning processes. A valid Class 3 driving licence is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations; Facilities Management or Cleaning industry preferred.
  • Strong customer service background with a proven track record.
  • Bilingual in English and one other major language.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations to ensure high standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations Director, Supervisors and Clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Support operational needs during events requiring enhanced cleaning.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control.
  • Compile and analyze operational data for improvements.
  • Develop and review operational plans.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Resolve operational or contractual issues promptly.
  • Identify and report potential risks.
  • Lead teams in responding to major incidents.
