  • Check and confirm Reservations.
  • Update Room Availability and Room Rates.
  • Provide information on Major City Attractions and Events.
  • Monitor room availability and guest needs.
  • Ensure guest ledger accuracy for direct billing.
  • Provide information about hotel services.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments.
  • Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive relations.
  • Perform other adhoc duties as required.
Job description
  1. 1) Managing Front Office operations.
  2. 3) Collection and settlement of payment.
  3. 4) Check and confirm Reservations.
  4. 5) Updating of Room Availability of different Room Types and Room Rates.
  5. 6) Provide service to Guests about Enquiries on Major City Attractions, Events, Facilities, other information etc.
  6. 7) Ensure and monitor the availability of rooms meeting the need of the operation.
  7. 8) Check guest ledger and ensure all direct billing folios are authorized and proper correspondences.
  8. 9) Provide informations about the hotel products and its services.
  9. 10) Manage reservations and room assignment activities.
  10. 11) Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  11. 12) Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.
  12. 13) Willing to take on rotating shifts jobs including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
