Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Concierge to manage member applications, handle inquiries, and ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills. The role requires flexibility to work on public holidays and weekends, along with a resourceful approach to member engagement. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Hospitality or customer service.
- Resourceful and independent with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with working on public holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Process new applications and ensure compliance with policies.
- Handle member concerns and complaints professionally.
- Manage membership fee collections and maintain financial records.
Skills
Education
- Process new applications, update member records, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality.
- Keep members informed about membership policies, upcoming events, promotions, and offerings through newsletters, invitations, and reminders.
- Assist with special requests, such as booking reservations, arranging private events, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Handle member concerns, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage membership fee collections, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records for dues and transactions.
- To promote member-exclusive events and maximize engagement through targeted communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience and encourage participation in activities.
- Manage dining, event, and facility reservations, ensuring accuracy and real‑time updates in the system.
- Maintain thorough, accurate records of member interactions, membership status, and guest visits for efficient tracking.
- Ensure the concierge desk and all service areas uphold high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Hospitality, Travel (e.g. airlines) industry or customer service focused role.
- Resourceful, independent, possesses initiative and drive
- Team player with good hands‑on multi‑tasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible in working on public holidays and weekends
- Knowledge in Luxury lifestyle is preferred
