• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in precious metals and adjacent industries.
• Conduct market research and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role, preferably in the precious metals or adjacent industries.
• Knowledge of precious metals market and adjacent industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
