Job summary

A private banking institution in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage client relationships and ensure accurate execution of client service requests. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in static data maintenance and strong skills in MS Office. This position is open to Singaporeans only.

12 Months contract | Private Bank | Changi

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationship with Front Office and provide support with queries and troubleshooting
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of account opening, closure client and static modification service requests
• Conduct name screening upon request from Compliance team
• Ability to understand the business requirements for maintenance of external clients records
• Perform signature verification of client forms
• Participate in user acceptance testing when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with min 3 years of related working experience
• Related working experience in static data maintenance (T24, CRM, EAM/EFA/Finder relationships)
• Good knowledge of MS Office software applications such as MS Access and/or Excel Macros will be advantageous.
