A prominent hotel group in Singapore is seeking a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to manage the culinary team in the absence of the head chef. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality, demonstrate strong leadership, and maintain high food safety standards. As part of your responsibilities, you will assist in menu design, train team members, and ensure that guests receive exceptional culinary experiences. The role requires strong knowledge in HACCP and creative culinary skills.

The Pastry Junior Sous Chef will manage and lead the team in the absence of Chef de Cuisine/ Sous Chef to ensure smooth running culinary operation and maximize the level of standard in the hotel’s kitchen.
As the Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
