Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to grow our business in an assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and exceeding sales targets. This role is ideal for someone with strong FMCG experience, great communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Implement effective sales strategies tailored to assigned territory, including identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, business partners, and key accounts.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the territory.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assist in forecasting market trends and sales performance; track and evaluate sales KPIs and ROI.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports to management with actionable insights and improvement strategies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market dynamics to remain competitive and relevant.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and international partners.
