The Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jobstreet Singapore. This is a player‑coach role where you'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts while leading and mentoring a small high‑performing team. You'll be responsible for bringing new enterprise logos into Jobstreet's full suite of talent solutions. This role reports into the Sales Director for Jobstreet Singapore.

Job Description
  • Hunt & Close: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers based in Singapore
  • Lead by Example: Manage and mentor a high‑performing team of 2 sales professionals (1 enterprise, 1 SME), driving performance through coaching and hands‑on guidance
  • Navigate Complexity: Build relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders across HR, TA, and business functions
  • Drive Strategy: Develop account plans and sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise segments
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimise the sales motion and customer experience
Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record of new logo acquisition
  • Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities - you elevate those around you and roll your sleeves up to work with your team through challenges
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi‑stakeholder sales processes
  • Self‑starter mentality with ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Other Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Background in job boards, HR tech, recruitment solutions, B2B SaaS, or marketplace businesses
  • Experience with off‑the‑shelf product sales (vs. custom‑built IT solutions)
  • Existing network within Singapore's enterprise market
  • Prior people management experience
